Probably not. I like CarrollB. He fits well. Would I pay $125K for his services? No. Would I pay more than $58K? Yup. There's good value here between those numbers. If he stays, I'll be quite happy.

Yep, just like Red Bull countered the Beckham signing by announcing they traded a supplemental pick for Van der Burgh. Bet you missed that one, huh.
That said, I really hope we get Brian back this year. I don't know why KP split up the team this year, but it would really help our consistancy if he stayed.
Kinney: Not sure what your point about NYRB and VdB is, but i agree that DCU would be much better off with Brian Carroll.
Brian, I was just thinking about the Ives blog. He was making fun of NY for announcing a trade after the Beckham news broke.
