BREAKING MLS NEWS

Ricardo Clark's season is over. He may even get suspended for a few games into the season next year. Keep in mind that Andy Herron got a 6 game suspension for his deliberate elbow into Jay Heaps' face at the beginning of the season.

Keep watching mlsnet.com for the highlights from the FCD/HOU match. The nastiness comes right before the final whistle.

I hate Carlos Ruiz, he is the worst sportsman in MLS.

However, that kick by Clark is disgraceful and he should be banned for a long time. I don't care who it's done to it's criminal to do it.

Agreed. We've all wanted to do that to Carlos Ruiz at some point or another, but we've all had the good sense not to. Id, meet Super Ego, you two need to work this out, and all that. Clark was an idiot, no matter how much Ruiz deserved it.

I don't think (j)on was saying Ruiz deserved it, but that his reaction was, as usual, unacceptable.

Even though Clark's kick was pretty bad, it seemed worse on first viewing because Ruiz was holding his head and not his shoulder. I, for one, thought Clark had kicked Ruiz right in the face until I saw the replay. I guess I should have known better, but that flagrant over-reacting is a cause for some hatred.

yep, I don't think he deserved it. I'm just tired of the way he acts, and he's lucky he didn't ACTUALLY get kicked in the face, since karma wouldn't necessarily have minded.
